Then and Now



I know there are some virtuosic bluegrass music-making going on here, but the frontman, people, the frontman!

David Lee Roth is like watching a train wreck: you can't watch, it's just too horrible. But you can't not watch.

There are many examples of artists reinterpreting their work, releasing an acoustic version, or an acapella version, or whatever. But this, this is just painful. It's as if they dragged him off the couch five minutes ago and said, "Hey, sing us that song you used to sing, you know the one." Without the screaming electric guitars you realize how poor the vocalist really is.
